28 February 2023 – SARS today releases trade statistics for January 2023 recording a preliminary trade balance deficit of R23.05 billion. The R23.05 billion preliminary trade balance deficit for January 2023 is attributable to exports of R139.36 billion and imports of R162.41 billion.
